Jay Fisher is an attorney with 22 years experience. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Georgia (inactive) and Arizona (inactive). Jay has over 13 years experience as a criminal appellate attorney and has well over 150 published decisions under his name before the Georgia Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and numerous other federal and state courts. Jay has argued on brief alone to the United States Supreme Court. He also has experience in criminal defense, personal injury, family law, business law and post-conviction matters before state and federal courts.
